Brian has a special interest in geriatrics, helping older adults achieve their nutritional goals.

Rani Varghese, MSW, Ed.D. is an Assistant Professor at the School of Social Work at Adelphi University. Her research focuses social work education, clinical social work, social justice practices and principles, and intergroup dialogue.
